Shipping Policy

All orders take 1
business day to process.

There is no shipping on holidays and
weekends.

Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship
via Next Day air only June through mid October. No ground shipping
is available.

Fruit gifts and cookies are express
shipping only all year. Ground service is not an option on fruit and cookies. If a package is
returned to us by UPS due to a bad address or recipient refusal there is
an additional charge of $15.00. Claims for
late deliveries must be filed within 3 days of the receiving day.
Damage claims must be filed within 2 days of delivery and no refund will be offered if the
gift is not available for pick up and or inspection by UPS.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii and
Alaska.
- It is not possible for any carriers to
call the intended recipient prior to making a delivery.
- In addition UPS will not guarantee a
specific delivery time of the day.
- Deliveries are scheduled to arrive by the
end of the business day.
As a reminder: Chocolate and perishable gifts need to ship
via Next Day air June through mid October.
The following gift baskets are recommended to ship via Next Day air
only during this time.
We do not pay claims of any kind on these items if they
melt, even when shipping via next day air.
All other gifts containing chocolate will have the chocolates
substituted out for hard candies when the gift ships any way other
than next day air.
